Board Meetings are held at 6:30pm

Zoom meeting information changes each week and will be outlined in the email agenda mailed to you and on the home page.
The Riverview Library will be booked for in-person meetings where possible. Bloomingdale Library is an alternative option where we can't.

Meeting agendas are emailed to all homeowners via the EnProVera notification system. Homeowners need to register an email with them to receive meeting notifications. You can also email or call them to request a copy.

To obtain the records for our association, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Register with/Log in to the portalhttps://engage.goenumerate.com/s/creeksidehillsboroughcountry/.
  2. Click on the "Resources" tab to access to "Public Documents," "Board Meeting Minutes," and "Financials."
  3. You can also use the portal to pay annual dues and special assessments, submit requests for ACC, maintenance concerns and document review, and view calendar events.
