Creekside Homeowners Association

Creekside was built in 2005 by Sunrise Builders. The community sits on approximately 60 acres of land, located in Riverview, Florida, in Hillsborough County. We are a gated subdivision of 108 homes, most on 1/2 acre lots or larger. This community is in a deed restricted country setting. Our homes have a variety of setbacks and are placed along winding streets with nature areas, conservation lots, ponds, oversized driveways and a community park area.
