Welcome to Creekside Community
Creekside Subdivision was built in 2005 by Sunrise Builders. The community is located in the suburban areas of Riverview, off Rhodine Road near Boyette Road in Hillsborough County, Florida and sits on approximately 60 acres of land. Riverview is approximately 55 square miles and our zip code is 33579. We are a gated subdivision with 108 homes, most homes are on 1/2 acre lots or larger. This community is in a deed restricted country setting. Our homes have a variety of setbacks and are placed along winding streets with nature areas, conservation lots, ponds, oversized driveways and a community park area.
STORES AND SHOPS
Road Construction to install the underground drainage system is complete. The rest of the mill and overlay will be scheduled once all special assessments are received.
Next Board Meeting is April 11, 2024 at 6:30pm at the Riverview Library room #108. Although we encourage homeowners to attend the meeting in person, Homeowners can also log in to listen and participate via Zoom.
